Queensland runs the country's longest workplace vending network outside a capital — regional mining towns, coastal LGAs and the Bruce Highway corridor, all serviced on one statewide standard at zero cost.
Queensland is a strip of coastline eighteen hundred kilometres long backed by mining basins, agricultural belts and shift-driven port towns, and a statewide vending program has to be built around that shape rather than a single CBD. We run scheduled service loops up the Bruce Highway through Bundaberg, Rockhampton, Mackay, Proserpine and Ayr, a separate resources loop into the Bowen Basin and out to Mount Isa, and a South East Queensland network covering everything from the border to the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Councils, mining companies, agri-processors and regional health services engage us because a single statewide agreement replaces a patchwork of local suppliers, each with their own contract terms and none of them free.
Most of Queensland's employment sits well outside any single metropolitan area, spread along corridors defined by what's mined, grown or shipped rather than by a CBD grid: coal haulage and processing through the Bowen and Surat basins, the coal and gas export ports at Gladstone and Hay Point, sugar milling and cane harvest along the coastal strip from Bundaberg to Mackay, cattle and grain freight moving out of the Darling Downs, and a tourism workforce running the length of the coast from the Whitsundays to Far North Queensland. These corridors run their own shift patterns — continuous-roster mine and port sites, cane-crushing season, and a tourism industry that peaks hard over the dry season and school holidays — none of which match a standard weekday office pattern.
Coverage across regional Queensland is run as a set of dedicated cycles — Wide Bay–Burnett, Mackay–Whitsunday, the Bowen Basin, Townsville–North Queensland and Far North Queensland — each with its own technician and stock plan set against the real interval between visits rather than a metro-frequency assumption. A cane season shed, a coal-loading facility at Gladstone and a Cairns tourism operator are on completely different cycles because they're nowhere near each other. Tropical humidity and sustained high ambient heat push refrigeration and hydration-led ranging harder right through the wet season, and every regional site carries the same $20 million public liability documentation and $0 install, service and removal terms as anywhere else in the network.

I have been placing and servicing vending equipment in Australian workplaces for over two decades — offices, warehouses, gyms, hospitals, schools, remote camps and government sites. Everything on this page reflects how we actually run installs in Queensland, QLD: the machines we physically stock, the lead times our crews hold to, and the service standard we carry at our own cost. Queensland, QLD workplaces vary hugely floor-to-floor — a 20-person studio and a 200-person distribution centre need different machines, not the same one twice. Before we commit to a machine we check three local realities: access (lift dimensions, loading dock hours, stair-only levels and after-hours security), power (a dedicated 10-amp GPO within about two metres of the wall position), and genuine daily foot traffic rather than payroll head count. We look at foot traffic and shift patterns rather than a strict headcount cut-off. A 15-person depot on a mine access road can support a machine if it's the only amenity for kilometres; a 40-person site in a town with three cafés might not need one. We'll tell you honestly after a quick site review.
Interval depends on distance and consumption, not a fixed weekly route — sites on the Bowen Basin or Mount Isa loop are stocked deep enough to run 3–4 weeks between visits, with telemetry flagging anything that's tracking low sooner than that.
No. Nothing. There is no rental fee, no delivery fee, no installation fee, no service call-out fee, no restocking fee and no removal fee. You are not invoiced by us at any point. The program is funded by the margin on products sold from the machine, so the only money that changes hands is a staff member tapping their card for a drink.
We carry $20 million public liability cover, plus product liability on everything stocked in the machine. The machine itself is our asset and is insured by us. Your business is not asked to extend its own policy, add us as an interested party, or accept liability for the unit. Certificates of currency are issued on request and are routinely accepted by government, defence, health and tier-one construction procurement teams.
First we fix the product mix — nine times out of ten weak sales are a range problem, not a site problem, and a two-week mix review turns it around. If a site genuinely can't support a machine, we remove it at no cost to you and there is no exit fee, no minimum-term penalty and no invoice. You are never left paying for a machine that underperformed.
No minimum term and no lock-in. The site agreement is a one-page placement document covering power, access and positioning. Either side can end it with reasonable notice, and we collect the machine at our cost.
Cashless only — tap card, phone or watch. No coins, so no coin jams, no float, no cash on site and nothing for anyone to break into. Card surcharges are absorbed, not passed on.
