After we install, our merchandiser sits down with you (or a nominated staff rep) and builds a starter planogram from 100+ SKUs — drinks, snacks, coffee, combos and food. You pick the favourites; we handle the ordering, delivery and shelf rotation. Anything that doesn't sell gets swapped for something that does.
Can I change the product mix later?+
Yes — any time. Tell your vending owner operator or the filler, email us, or use the site portal. New products, seasonal ranges, healthy-only lines, sugar-free swaps and gym/school compliant ranges are all zero cost to change.
What does delivery and installation involve?+
We deliver the machine on a tail-lift truck, wheel it into place on our own trolleys, level it, plug it into a standard 10A power point and load the first stock. Typical install is 30–60 minutes. All you need is 800mm of clear floor space next to a power outlet.
Who restocks and maintains the machine?+
We do — 100% free. Our route drivers monitor stock levels via live telemetry and restock before you run out. Technicians handle any service call, refunds and coin-free cashless faults. You never touch product, cash or a spanner.
What if a product sells out or a payment fails?+
