1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FreeVendingMachines.au website and any enquiry, quote, or installation coordinated through it. The site is operated by Vending Machines Australia ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms.
2. Nature of the service
We connect Australian workplaces and venues with independent vending operators who supply, install, and maintain vending machines at no cost to qualifying sites. We are not the vending operator on every site — arrangements vary by region and operator.
3. No guarantee of supply
While we endeavour to supply free vending machines nationally, we cannot guarantee that every enquiry will result in a machine being installed. Suitability depends on site foot traffic, access, power, location, operator capacity, and commercial viability — many of which are outside our control. A quote or estimate is indicative only and is not a binding offer.
4. Commissions
Commission arrangements are set between the site host and the vending operator. Operators are under no obligation to offer a commission and any percentages shown in our calculator or marketing material are illustrative estimates only. Actual commission depends on sales performance and the operator's terms.
5. Calculator & estimates
Our earnings calculator produces estimates based on typical vending pricing and usage rates. Real-world results vary and are not guaranteed. Do not rely on calculator output as a forecast of income.
6. Your obligations
- Provide accurate site information when enquiring.
- Provide safe access, adequate power, and a suitable location for any installed machine.
- Not use the site for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, logos, and branding — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law (including the Australian Consumer Law), we and our parent business Vending Machines Australia are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss arising from your use of this website, the outcome of any enquiry, the decision of a vending operator, or the performance of any installed machine. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the state in which our parent business is based. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
