I have been placing and servicing vending equipment in Australian workplaces for over two decades — offices, warehouses, gyms, hospitals, schools, remote camps and government sites. Everything on this page reflects how we actually run installs across every state and territory: the machines we physically stock, the lead times our crews hold to, and the service standard we carry at our own cost. 1. Two-question request

We confirm head count, foot traffic, power location and access (lifts, stairs, loading dock, after-hours security) and pick the right machine.
3. Delivery and install
Our crew delivers, levels and commissions the machine, tests the cashless reader end-to-end and takes the packaging away. Nothing is invoiced.
4. Telemetry goes live
Every vend, temperature reading and fault code streams back to us. Low stock is flagged 2–3 days before a row empties.
5. Ongoing service, still $0
Restocks, cleaning, repairs, parts, product-mix changes and $20m public liability are all carried by us. Ask us to remove it and we do — no exit fee.

On a mine site, the value of a vending machine is not convenience — it is time and hydration. A crew that has to walk to a mess hall that is closed between services loses productive minutes on every shift, and in Pilbara or Bowen Basin conditions, a worker who cannot get cold water when they need it becomes a WHS issue rather than an amenity complaint. A properly stocked, properly refrigerated machine at the crib room or workshop door solves both, and on a free placement it costs the operation nothing.
For camps, the machine also fills the gap the kitchen cannot: night shift arriving at 6pm, day shift finishing after service, and the long stretch between meals when the only alternative is nothing at all.
Remote-site machines are not metro machines shipped further. Refrigeration is specified for high ambient temperature so units hold product temperature in conditions that would defeat standard hardware. Cabinets and seals are chosen for dust ingress. Payment is cashless by default, both because cash handling on a remote site is a liability and because crews carry cards, not coins. Where mobile coverage is limited, telemetry runs on the available network path or reports on a store-and-forward basis so we still see stock and fault data.
Stock holdings per visit are much larger than metro, and restock cycles are planned around site access, roster changes and freight availability rather than a fixed calendar.
Resource sites have the most demanding access requirements of any segment we service, and we plan for them: inducted personnel, site-specific PPE, JSA and permit processes where required, and $20 million public and product liability with certificates issued before mobilisation. Machines are levelled, anchored where required, and positioned to keep egress and vehicle paths clear.
Product mix on mining sites is distinct — high water and electrolyte weighting, substantial savoury and protein lines, energy drinks weighted to shift-start windows, and real food where the site has no other overnight option. Everything is reviewed against telemetry after the first cycle and adjusted from there.
