Yes — operating mines, exploration camps, FIFO villages, processing plants, port terminals and mining-services depots are core clients. We freight on your changeover cycles and service on a scheduled cadence.
Will the machine survive Pilbara / NT heat?+
Standard machines operate 0–35°C. For remote sites hitting 40–48°C we install heat-tolerant units with reinforced compressors, dust filters and hardened electronics — at the same zero cost.
How is restocking handled with no mobile reception?+
Machines use dual-SIM 4G telemetry with store-and-forward transaction modules. Where 4G is unreliable, we deploy satellite-backed units so cashless payment continues and reconciles when the link returns.
Can we exclude high-caffeine energy drinks?+
Yes — many EBA and safety-critical mining sites exclude high-caffeine energy drinks entirely. You set the exclusion list before install and we honour it, including scheduled re-audits.
What about MSIC-secured port terminals?+
Our regular crews on port routes hold current MSIC. For dedicated port terminals we can arrange escorted access with your security officer where required.
