A 220-person professional services firm on a high-rise Barangaroo tower floor needed a snack + drink option that didn't require after-hours cleaning contracts or a paid pantry contract.
The challenge
Building management required after-hours dock booking, insurance certificates and lift-protection blankets. Previous vending vendor had quoted install and monthly service fees.
What we did
We handled the strata pre-approval pack, booked the 6 am dock window, installed the machine with lift protection, and hooked it into the tenant's power outlet. Zero cost to the firm.
The outcome
Live within 9 days of the qualified request. Staff use the machine 40–60 times per day, cashless. Restocking runs on a two-week cycle, telemetry-monitored.
