$0 Delivery

$0 Maintenance
$0 Insurances
$0 Restocking

The short answer

Hosting a workplace vending machine from us costs nothing at all: no rental, no delivery, no install, no restocking, no servicing, no insurance and no removal fee. We carry $20 million public liability. The machine stays as long as it sells enough to fund itself, and if it doesn't, we fix the product mix or remove it free — you are never invoiced either way.

Three questions come up in almost every conversation: what does it really cost, what happens if the machine underperforms, and is our workplace even the right kind of site. Each has its own page below.

Is a workplace vending machine really free in Australia?+

On a placement model, yes. The supplier owns the machine and funds the program from product margin, so the host business pays nothing for the machine, delivery, install, restocking, servicing, insurance or removal. Staff pay normal cashless prices for what they buy. Rental and lease models are different — those charge the host $150–$600 a month plus extras.

What's the catch with free vending machines?+

There isn't a hidden fee, but there is a condition: the site has to generate enough sales to fund the service. That's usually about 30 or more people on site daily. If a site can't sustain a machine, it gets removed at no cost — the risk sits with the supplier, not the host.
