Cashless combo vending + discreet ATM

One cashless combo unit for drinks and snacks in a single footprint, plus a brown-labelled ATM for customers who prefer to pay in cash discreetly. Both installed and serviced under one account.

Discreet, back-of-house install

Machines and ATMs are installed in staff-only back-of-house areas, gaming rooms, private client-facing rooms or discreet nooks — never on public street frontage. Wrapped in venue-appropriate finish where required.

Late-night, cashless & auditable

Cashless tap-to-pay on the vending side — no vending cash box, no float, no drawer for staff to reconcile at 4am. Every vending transaction card-linked and timestamped; ATM handled by licensed cash-in-transit partners.

Licensing-aware product list

We do not stock alcohol, tobacco or vape products. Product list is agreed with the licensee and reviewed against state liquor, gaming and adult-venue / sex-work compliance obligations before install.

Cashless combo vending and brown-labelled discreet ATMs for Australian pubs, clubs, hotels, casinos and licensed adult venues

Licensed hospitality and adult venues across Australia — pubs, clubs, hotels, motels, casinos, nightclubs, adult entertainment and lawful 18+ premises — run on unusual hours, mixed payment preferences and strict compliance boundaries. Our program covers both sides of that in one back-of-house footprint: a cashless combo vending machine (drinks and snacks in one unit) plus a brown-labelled discreet ATM for customers who prefer to pay in cash. The vending machine is zero cost.

The brown-labelled discreet ATM sits alongside the vending unit — a plain, unbranded finish designed for venues where customer privacy matters. It's serviced by licensed cash-in-transit partners and configured for the transaction sizes typical in your venue class. Customers who require discretion can withdraw cash without the exposure of a bright, branded high-street ATM.

We are strict on what we stock on the vending side. No alcohol, no tobacco, no vape — ever, under any circumstances. The vending unit sits entirely outside liquor licensing, and the final product list is agreed with the licensee and reviewed against your specific state liquor, gaming and (where relevant) adult-industry / sex-work compliance obligations. Restocking is scheduled outside your operating hours; crews are NDA-friendly and understand hospitality and adult-venue etiquette.

FAQ

Common questions

Which venues qualify?+

Licensed pubs, clubs, hotels, motels and casinos plus lawfully licensed 18+ premises — nightclubs, adult entertainment venues, strip clubs, and brothels / sex-work premises operating lawfully under the relevant state regulation. Unlicensed premises are not eligible for the adult-venue product mix.

How does the brown-labelled ATM work?+

It's an unbranded (or venue-branded) plain-finish ATM designed for privacy — no bright signage, no high-street logos. Licensed cash-in-transit partners service it. Customers who prefer to pay in cash discreetly can withdraw without the exposure of a branded high-street ATM.

Do you stock alcohol or tobacco?+

Never. No alcohol, no tobacco, no vape products in the vending machine under any circumstances. The final list is beverages (non-alcoholic), snacks and discreet essentials, agreed with the licensee before install.

Where are the machines placed?+

Back-of-house, gaming rooms, greenrooms, dressing rooms, private client-facing rooms or discreet corridor nooks — never on public street frontage. Venue-appropriate wraps and plain brown-label finish are available for both units.

How is restocking handled discreetly?+

Restocking is scheduled outside your operating hours. Crews are NDA-friendly, understand hospitality and adult-venue etiquette, and use back-of-house access agreed with your management.

How does age-gating work at adult premises?+

The venue itself is your primary age gate — 18+ licensed premises with door ID checks. The vending machine stocks nothing age-restricted, so no additional verification at the point of sale is required.

Is cashless safer for late-night operations?+

Yes — no cash box in the vending machine, no float for staff to reconcile at 4am, every vending transaction card-linked and timestamped. Cash handling for customers who need it is contained inside the ATM, which is emptied and reconciled by licensed CIT partners.

Experience you can check

Who installs your machine in Australia, and exactly how it runs

Written and maintained by Dan Barnes — owner-operator, Free Vending Machines Australia

I have been placing and servicing vending equipment in Australian workplaces for over two decades — offices, warehouses, gyms, hospitals, schools, remote camps and government sites. Everything on this page reflects how we actually run installs across every state and territory: the machines we physically stock, the lead times our crews hold to, and the service standard we carry at our own cost. Nothing here is licensed boilerplate.

  • Typical Australian lead time: 7–14 days from a qualified request to a working machine.
  • $20 million public liability plus product liability — certificate of currency supplied to your facilities or WHS team on request.
  • Australian-owned, Australian-serviced. Same operator answers the phone on0401 NO COST.
  • Nayax cashless readers and live telemetry on every machine — not a retro-fitted coin mech.

What to expect, step by step

  1. 1. Two-question request

You tell us the workplace type and rough head count. No paperwork, no credit check, no sales visit required to get an answer.

  2. 2. Site check within 24 hours

We confirm head count, foot traffic, power location and access (lifts, stairs, loading dock, after-hours security) and pick the right machine.

  3. 3. Delivery and install

Our crew delivers, levels and commissions the machine, tests the cashless reader end-to-end and takes the packaging away. Nothing is invoiced.

  4. 4. Telemetry goes live

Every vend, temperature reading and fault code streams back to us. Low stock is flagged 2–3 days before a row empties.

  5. 5. Ongoing service, still $0

Restocks, cleaning, repairs, parts, product-mix changes and $20m public liability are all carried by us. Ask us to remove it and we do — no exit fee.

The exact machines we install

These are our three workhorse combination machines — photographed as they leave our workshop, stocked with the Australian brands your team actually buys. We recommend one based on your head count and floor space, never on what happens to be in the truck.

Combination vending and discreet ATMs for licensed and adult venues

Why licensed venues run a different vending brief

Pubs, clubs, hotels, casinos and adult venues are the one segment where vending and cash access are the same conversation. A patron who cannot get cash leaves the venue, and a patron who leaves at 11pm generally does not come back. A patron who can grab a bottle of water, an energy drink or a snack without queueing at a busy bar stays longer and spends more at the bar itself, because the bar staff are freed up for the drinks that actually carry margin.

That is why we place combination machines and ATMs together in this segment. The machine handles low-value, high-frequency purchases that clog service points. The ATM handles the cash requirement — gaming floors, courtesy buses, tipping, and the significant number of patrons who deliberately use cash to manage their spend.

Discretion, placement and venue amenity

Adult venues in particular need equipment that does not shout. We supply brown-label and neutral-fascia ATMs without third-party branding, and combination machines in plain black cabinetry with dimmable lighting so a unit sits in a corridor or lounge without dominating it. Placement matters as much as the hardware: near the gaming room entry, along the route to the smoking area, or beside the toilets tends to outperform a foyer position by a wide margin, because that is where patrons already stop.

Where a venue is heritage-listed or has a fitted-out interior it wants left alone, we survey first and use freestanding units rather than through-wall installations. Nothing is cut, drilled or repainted without written agreement.

Compliance, security and after-hours operation

Licensed venues carry obligations that a normal office does not, and we work inside them. Product selections exclude anything inappropriate for a licensed floor, and where a venue operates under a responsible-gambling framework we position ATMs to satisfy the venue's own siting policy and state requirements around gaming-machine proximity. Cash loading and servicing is done by an insured crew on an agreed schedule, and every unit is monitored remotely for faults, jams and low stock.

Machines are fitted with anti-vandal glass and secure locking as standard. Failed vends refund automatically on card. There is no installation charge, no rental and no service fee — the placement is funded by product and transaction revenue, and if the location is not working we move it or remove it at our cost.

  • Neutral and brown-label ATM fascias for discreet placement in adult and licensed venues
  • Combination snack and drink machines that take pressure off bar service points
  • Anti-vandal glass, secure locks and remote fault monitoring as standard
  • $0 install, $0 rental, $0 service — funded by product and transaction revenue
