FAQ
About our case studies
Are these case studies real installs?+
Yes. Every case study reflects a genuine installation on our program. Some client names are withheld or generalised at the client's request — the site type, staff count, install timing, machine spec and outcome figures are as installed.
Can I see a case study for my industry or city?+
Filter by industry (office, warehouse, gym, school, healthcare) or by capital city below. If we don't have a public case study for your exact combination, we can share a private reference on request.
How long from enquiry to a live machine?+
Metro capital installs typically land in 7–14 days from a qualified request. Regional cities are 10–21 days. Remote / FIFO sites run 3–6 weeks scheduled with the site's next crew changeover.
What does the case study photo show?+
Where the client has approved a photo, we publish the actual installed machine on site. Where a client has not approved a photo, we use a representative machine image and note the caption.
