I have been placing and servicing vending equipment in Australian workplaces for over two decades — offices, warehouses, gyms, hospitals, schools, remote camps and government sites. Everything on this page reflects how we actually run installs in Sydney CBD, NSW: the machines we physically stock, the lead times our crews hold to, and the service standard we carry at our own cost. Sydney CBD, NSW workplaces vary hugely floor-to-floor — a 20-person studio and a 200-person distribution centre need different machines, not the same one twice. Restocks, cleaning, repairs, parts, product-mix changes and $20m public liability are all carried by us. Ask us to remove it and we do — no exit fee.

Sydney CBD installs run from Circular Quay and Barangaroo down through Martin Place, Wynyard, Town Hall and into the Haymarket and Central end. Almost all of them are strata or premium-grade buildings with a formal process: certificate of currency lodged, crew inducted, loading dock booked, goods lift protected. We treat that as our administrative work, not yours, and we do not charge for out-of-hours delivery windows even where a building insists on them.
Space is the tight constraint. Sydney tower kitchens rarely have a spare two-metre run of wall, so slimline combination machines and compact smart coolers do most of the work here. We measure clearance, door swing and egress path before recommending a unit, because a machine that blocks a fire path will be removed by the building whatever the tenant thinks of it.
The Sydney CBD has the most pronounced midweek peak in the country. Monday and Friday attendance in many tenancies sits at half of Wednesday's. That does not disqualify a site, but it does change the restock rhythm: stock lands early in the week so the machine is full for the peak, and slow-moving lines with short shelf life are kept out of the planogram entirely.
It also changes the mix. CBD floors buy sparkling water, premium chocolate, protein bars and better coffee at a much higher rate than suburban sites, and they buy almost no large-format energy drinks. We set the initial planogram on that pattern and correct it against real data after four weeks.
Nothing is charged to the tenancy at any stage — not the machine, not the delivery, not the fortnightly service. Liability sits with us under a $20 million public and product liability policy, and building managers can have the certificate before the crew arrives. Power draw is comparable to a domestic fridge.
If your lease ends or the floor is refitted, we uplift the machine free of charge, and we will reinstall at the new address if you want us to. There is no term, no notice period and no removal fee.
