I have been placing and servicing vending equipment in Australian workplaces for over two decades — offices, warehouses, gyms, hospitals, schools, remote camps and government sites. Everything on this page reflects how we actually run installs in Sydney, NSW: the machines we physically stock, the lead times our crews hold to, and the service standard we carry at our own cost. Nothing here is licensed boilerplate.
Sydney, NSW workplaces vary hugely floor-to-floor — a 20-person studio and a 200-person distribution centre need different machines, not the same one twice. Before we commit to a machine we check three local realities: access (lift dimensions, loading dock hours, stair-only levels and after-hours security), power (a dedicated 10-amp GPO within about two metres of the wall position), and genuine daily foot traffic rather than payroll head count. That last one is why a machine stays on site free indefinitely — we size it to the traffic it will actually get.

We confirm head count, foot traffic, power location and access (lifts, stairs, loading dock, after-hours security) and pick the right machine.
3. Delivery and install
Our crew delivers, levels and commissions the machine, tests the cashless reader end-to-end and takes the packaging away. Nothing is invoiced.
4. Telemetry goes live
Every vend, temperature reading and fault code streams back to us. Low stock is flagged 2–3 days before a row empties.
5. Ongoing service, still $0
Restocks, cleaning, repairs, parts, product-mix changes and $20m public liability are all carried by us. Ask us to remove it and we do — no exit fee.

Sydney is not a single service area — it behaves as five. The CBD and North Sydney tower market runs on booked docks, goods lifts and hybrid attendance peaking Tuesday to Thursday. Macquarie Park and Norwest are corporate campus markets with large single-tenant floors. Parramatta and Sydney Olympic Park mix government, health and professional tenancies. Western Sydney — Eastern Creek, Erskine Park, Prestons, Wetherill Park — is warehouse and distribution, running early starts and double shifts. And the inner south from Alexandria through Mascot is creative studios, light industrial and logistics near the airport.
We plan machine type, restock frequency and planogram by market rather than by postcode, because a distribution centre in Erskine Park and an agency in Surry Hills have almost nothing in common except that both qualify for the same free placement.
More Sydney installs are complicated by access than by anything else. Strata buildings want insurance documentation and an induction. CBD towers restrict delivery windows. Older inner-west and eastern suburbs sites frequently have a step, a tight lift, or a doorway under 800mm. Our crews carry stair-climbing equipment and we run an access check before scheduling, so the first time a problem is discovered is not on install morning with a machine on the footpath.
None of that access work is billable to you. A difficult install costs us more and costs you the same as an easy one: nothing.
Around 30 daily on-site people supports a combination machine in Sydney; 60-plus supports a dedicated drink bank alongside a snack unit. Hybrid working matters more here than in any other Australian city, so we assess average daily attendance rather than headcount, and we would rather place a smaller machine that stays busy than a large one that looks impressive and sells air.
After install you get a four-week review against actual telemetry, then quarterly product-mix updates. Faults are detected remotely and attended without you logging anything. Refunds for a failed vend are automatic on tap payments.
