FAQ

Client FAQ

Why aren't all client names published?+

Many corporate, government and healthcare clients require name-withholding as a condition of vendor engagement. Where a client approves publication we publish the full name; otherwise we describe the site type, industry, city and state.

Can I speak to a reference?+

Yes. For serious enquiries (multi-site rollouts, tenders, government procurement) we can arrange a call with a comparable existing client on request.

Do you have clients in every state?+

Yes — NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, ACT, TAS and NT. Metro capital, major regional city and remote/FIFO clients are all on the same free program.

How do I become a client?+

Submit the request form or call 0401 662 678. Qualified requests get an install window confirmed within one business day, and metro installs run 7–14 days from that.

Ready for a free vending machine at your workplace?

Two quick questions and you're on your way. No contract lock-ins, no hidden fees.

The kinds of Australian workplaces running free vending — and why they qualified

Offices and professional workplaces

Office tenancies are the most common placement we make, and the most affected by hybrid attendance. The sites that work best are those with a genuine midweek peak and a kitchen or break-out area on a walked route — beside a lift lobby, on the way to a meeting room, next to the coffee machine. Product mix here leans to sparkling water, better coffee, premium chocolate and protein snacks, with a strong 2pm to 4pm buying window.

The most common reason an office asks for a machine is not snacking. It is that the nearest café closes at 3pm, and the alternative is a twenty-minute round trip that repeats itself across a floor of people every afternoon.

Warehouses, manufacturing and trade sites

Industrial sites are the strongest performers per person on site. Early starts, physical work and limited nearby retail combine into consistent, predictable volume weighted heavily to cold drinks, energy drinks and substantial savoury food. Machines go into crib rooms and near workshop entries, and are specified for environments that are not air-conditioned.

These sites also benefit most from cashless payment. Nobody on a forklift is carrying coins, and removing cash from a workshop removes a small but real security and reconciliation problem.

Health, education, gyms and hospitality

Hospitals, clinics and aged-care sites need genuine 24-hour reliability and quiet operation, and buy real food far more than confectionery. Schools and campuses often need a compliant healthier-choice planogram with sugary drinks removed. Gyms and fitness sites run cold drinks, electrolytes and protein almost exclusively, with a sharp pre- and post-session peak. Licensed venues and hospitality use machines to take load off a bar or bistro at the exact moments those service points are busiest.

Each of these gets a different machine and a different planogram. The one constant is the commercial arrangement: nothing to buy, nothing to rent, nothing to service, and free removal if it stops working for the site.

What our hosts have in common

Across every segment, the sites that succeed share three characteristics. They have around 30 or more people on site on a normal day. They have a visible position on a route people already walk. And they have someone internally who is happy for the machine to be there — not because we need anything from them, but because a machine hidden in a store room by a reluctant host never gets used.

That is the whole qualification. There is no industry we exclude, no minimum term to sign, and no cost at any point.

  • Offices, warehouses, manufacturing, health, education, gyms, hospitality and government
  • Machine type and planogram specified per segment, not per postcode
  • Around 30 daily on-site people is the working threshold for a free placement
  • Same terms for every host: $0 install, $0 service, no contract, free removal
