I have been placing and servicing vending equipment in Australian workplaces for over two decades — offices, warehouses, gyms, hospitals, schools, remote camps and government sites. Everything on this page reflects how we actually run installs across every state and territory: the machines we physically stock, the lead times our crews hold to, and the service standard we carry at our own cost. Nothing here is licensed boilerplate.
1. Two-question request
You tell us the workplace type and rough head count. No paperwork, no credit check, no sales visit required to get an answer.
2. Site check within 24 hours
We confirm head count, foot traffic, power location and access (lifts, stairs, loading dock, after-hours security) and pick the right machine.
3. Delivery and install
Our crew delivers, levels and commissions the machine, tests the cashless reader end-to-end and takes the packaging away. Nothing is invoiced.
4. Telemetry goes live
Every vend, temperature reading and fault code streams back to us. Low stock is flagged 2–3 days before a row empties.
5. Ongoing service, still $0
Restocks, cleaning, repairs, parts, product-mix changes and $20m public liability are all carried by us. Ask us to remove it and we do — no exit fee.

Government and defence sites are exactly the environments where a capital purchase is hardest and an amenity is most needed. Departments run continuous or extended-hours operations, host large staff populations in buildings where food options close at 3pm, and face internal procurement processes that make buying a $12,000 machine slower than the need justifies. A free placement removes the purchase entirely — and with it, most of the approval chain.
That is often the decisive point. There is no asset to capitalise, no service contract to tender, no ongoing budget line and no disposal obligation at end of life. The machine is our asset, on our insurance, serviced by our crew.
Defence establishments, correctional facilities, emergency services depots and secure government buildings all have access regimes, and we work inside them rather than around them. Crews are named, background-checked and inducted to the site's requirements, deliveries run on booked windows through nominated entrances, and escorted access is standard where a site requires it. Certificates of currency for $20 million public and product liability are provided before install for the WHS file.
For sites where photography, mobile devices or network connections are restricted, machines can be configured to operate on an isolated mobile data path with no connection to site infrastructure at all.
Emergency services and defence sites run 24 hours, and a machine that is empty at 3am fails the people who most need it. Stock levels are monitored by hour and restock cycles are set to land before the heaviest shifts, not on a fixed fortnightly calendar. Remote posts and training areas are serviced on route cycles with larger holdings per visit.
Where a department has a healthy-choices policy, a sugary-drinks restriction, or allergen labelling requirements, those are built into the planogram before install. We would rather configure to policy up front than have a machine become an internal issue three weeks after it lands.
