Malaga is Perth's north-east trade and light industrial estate, with fabrication, printing, automotive, building supply and distribution businesses across Beringarra Avenue, Malaga Drive and Marshall Road.
This page answers the Malaga version of the question rather than the Perth-wide one: which local sites qualify, what the machine should hold for a 6090 summer, how long an install takes here, and what a drink run is actually costing you in wages right now.
What is a free drink vending machine in malaga? A plain definition
A free drink vending machine in Malaga 6090 is a refrigerated vending machine supplied, delivered, installed, stocked, serviced and insured by us at no charge to the host workplace. The site provides about half a square metre of floor and a standard power point. We are paid from the margin on drinks sold through the machine, so nothing is invoiced to the business and there is no lease, minimum term or exit fee.
Drink vending demand in Malaga 6090
Malaga is Perth's north-east trade and light industrial estate, with fabrication, printing, automotive, building supply and distribution businesses across Beringarra Avenue, Malaga Drive and Marshall Road.
Malaga's cafes cluster on a couple of streets, so from the far side of the estate a cold drink is still a drive and a car park, and the job waits.
Chilled water and soft drink capacity with a combo snack unit for trade crews. The plan is set with your site before the first load and then adjusted from real sell-through, so two Malaga machines a kilometre apart usually end up stocked quite differently.
- Beringarra Avenue industrial precinct — fabrication, printing and automotive trades
- Malaga Drive trade strip — building supply and wholesale employers
- Marshall Road business park — distribution and light manufacturing
- Tonkin Highway freight corridor — transport depots and service yards
The wage cost of a drink run in Malaga
Take twenty people who each leave the site once a shift for a cold drink. At fifteen minutes door to door that is five hours of paid time a day walking out of the building, and in Malaga the trip is rarely fifteen minutes.
A machine in the crib room does not shorten anyone's break — the break is theirs and it stays theirs. What it removes is the travel wrapped around the break, and that travel is the part the business pays for. Because there is no rental, service charge or stock cost, none of the recovered time is bought back by an invoice.
Summer stocking for a Malaga site
Perth's dry summer heat builds fast inside a Malaga workshop, and crews on the tools need chilled water within reach rather than at the end of a drive.
We widen the water and electrolyte rows before the heat arrives rather than restocking after it. Each machine reports its own stock levels and internal temperature over a mobile connection, so a hot week triggers an extra visit automatically instead of waiting for the next scheduled run.
Every installed machine also gets a pre-summer refrigeration service — set points confirmed, condenser coils cleaned, door seals and airflow clearance checked — because a unit that cools comfortably in September can struggle in February with a dusty coil.
- Chilled water and electrolyte rows widened November to March
- Extra restocks triggered by telemetry during hot weeks
- Pre-summer refrigeration service on every installed machine
- Sugar-free and low-sugar weighting available where you have a wellbeing policy

What it costs a Malaga business
Nothing beyond the electricity the machine draws — roughly two to four dollars a week — and the floor space it stands on. Delivery, install, stock, servicing, repairs, insurance and eventual removal all sit with us.

Which sites qualify for a free drink machine
Eligibility comes down to foot traffic and access, not company size. As a rule of thumb, a Malaga site needs enough daily traffic to move roughly a case of drinks a day across the week — usually around 25 people on site most weekdays, or fewer where shifts run late or the nearest shop is a drive. A site with 25 or more people on the floor most days will almost always support a drink-only machine. Smaller sites can still qualify where traffic is concentrated — a 15-person workshop where everyone breaks at the same two times can outperform a 40-person office with staggered hours.
Access matters as much as headcount. The machine needs a ground-floor path or lift access, a doorway of at least 800 mm, a standard 10 amp power point within about two metres, and a floor that is level and out of direct rain. If your site has stairs, a tight loading dock or soft landscaping between the truck and the door, tell us in the enquiry — we install into difficult sites regularly and will bring the right equipment rather than turning up and failing.
- 25+ people on site most weekdays is a comfortable qualifier
- 15–25 people can qualify where breaks are concentrated or shifts run late
- Ground floor or lift access, 800 mm doorway, standard power point
- Undercover position, level floor, out of direct sun and rain
What happens from enquiry to first cold drink
The process is deliberately short, because most sites want the machine in before the hot weather rather than after it.
- Step 1 — You send the enquiry with headcount, site type and location.
- Step 2 — We confirm eligibility, usually within one business day.
- Step 3 — A site check confirms the spot, the door width, the power point and the delivery path.
- Step 4 — Delivery and install, including power-up, cooling down and payment terminal activation.
- Step 5 — First stock load agreed with you, then telemetry-triggered restocks from there.
How to check this offer is genuine before you commit
A free machine sounds like it must have a catch, so it is reasonable to verify the offer before you sign anything. There is no lock-in contract, no rental line, no minimum spend and no exit fee. The program is funded entirely by product sales through the machine, which is why the placement has to make sense for both sides before we install.
Everything we claim is checkable. You can call the number on this page and speak to the person who will run your install. You can ask for the certificate of currency for our public liability cover before the machine arrives. You can ask for the names of comparable sites in your area and what their machine actually turns over. And you can end the arrangement and have the machine removed at no cost if it is not working for you.
- No contract, no rental, no minimum spend, no exit fee
- Certificate of currency for public liability provided on request
- Machine removed free of charge if the site changes its mind
- One named contact for your site, reachable by phone on 0401 662 678
