The NSW fleet clusters in four distinct bands. The Sydney CBD and North Sydney towers take narrow combos and beans-to-cup units on professional floors. Western Sydney — Silverwater, Wetherill Park, Smithfield, Ingleburn, Eastern Creek and the Aerotropolis estates — takes industrial-spec machines on continuous shift. Macquarie Park, Norwest and the university campuses take smart coolers with fresh food. Then the regions: Newcastle and the Hunter, Wollongong and the Illawarra, the Central Coast, Wagga Wagga, Dubbo and Orange, each on a scheduled regional run rather than ad-hoc freight out of Sydney.
