Do you supply to defence-related sites in SA?+
Yes. Cashless-only machines, outbound-only telemetry, inducted technicians and complete insurance documentation are what those precincts ask for, and we provide all of it before first attendance.
Can we get the certificate before committing to anything?+
Yes. Ask for it at first contact — there is no obligation attached, and nothing is scheduled until your procurement team is satisfied.
Do you cover regional South Australia?+
Adelaide and the surrounding industrial precincts are on a metro run; Whyalla, Port Augusta, Port Lincoln and Mount Gambier are serviced on scheduled regional cycles at no cost to the site.
What does the $20 million cover actually mean if a visitor is hurt near the machine on our floor?+
It means our policy responds to third-party claims arising from the machine — a door catching a hand, a spill from the drop chute, a trip on our anti-tip bracket — as the machine and its installation are our responsibility as owner and operator. Your own occupier liability for the rest of the premises is untouched and runs on exactly the same basis it always has.
Do you test and tag machines to South Australian requirements?+
Test-and-tag to AS/NZS 3760 is supplied whenever a host site's own electrical safety procedure calls for it — common on Osborne shipbuilding subcontractor sites and Tonsley manufacturing tenancies — and the records are handed over with the rest of the SA documentation pack.
How much public liability cover do you carry?+
$20 million. The policy covers third-party personal injury and property damage arising from the machine and from our technicians while they are working on your premises. Product liability on everything stocked is carried alongside it.
Can we get a certificate of currency?+
Yes, on request and before the machine is installed. The certificate is a PDF naming the insurer, the policy number, the limit of indemnity and the period of cover — the standard document a procurement or WHS officer needs for a supplier file.
Do we need to add the machine to our own insurance?+
No. The machine is our asset and stays on our policy. You are not asked to schedule it, note our interest, or extend your own cover in any way. Most sites simply file our certificate of currency and move on.
Who is liable if someone is injured by the machine?+
Liability for the machine itself sits with us as owner and operator, backed by the $20 million policy. Ordinary occupier duties for your premises stay with you, exactly as they would for any other equipment or supplier on site — nothing about this arrangement shifts additional risk onto your business.
Is the machine really free, with nothing invoiced later?+
Yes. There is no rental, delivery, installation, restocking, service, insurance or removal charge, and no minimum spend or sales guarantee to meet. The model is funded by the margin on products staff buy. You are never sent an invoice.
Is there a contract or lock-in period?+
A one-page site placement agreement covering power, access and positioning. No minimum term, no lock-in, no exit fee. Either side can end it with reasonable notice and we collect the machine at our cost.
