I have been placing and servicing vending equipment in Australian workplaces for over two decades — offices, warehouses, gyms, hospitals, schools, remote camps and government sites. Everything on this page reflects how we actually run installs in Perth, WA: the machines we physically stock, the lead times our crews hold to, and the service standard we carry at our own cost. Perth, WA workplaces vary hugely floor-to-floor — a 20-person studio and a 200-person distribution centre need different machines, not the same one twice. Perth's workplace vending demand is shaped by three very different economies sitting on top of each other. There is the CBD and West Perth professional core, where machines go into tower tenancies with strict dock windows and building-manager sign-off. There is the industrial and light-manufacturing belt running through Osborne Park, Malaga, Welshpool, Canning Vale and Bibra Lake, where a machine usually lives in a crib room and gets hammered between 6am and 2pm. And there is the FIFO layer — Perth Airport hubs, corporate offices supporting Pilbara operations, and camp kitchens rostered around 12-hour shifts.
Each one changes the machine, not just the location. Tower sites take a slimline combination unit with a bank of chilled drinks. Industrial sites take a wider snack bay and a heavier drink weighting, because 35-degree afternoons in Malaga move cold stock at roughly double the rate of an air-conditioned office floor.
Western Australian install jobs live and die on dock access. Most Perth CBD buildings require a booked loading bay and a goods lift with pad protection, and several restrict deliveries to before 7am or after 6pm. We book those windows rather than asking your office manager to. Suburban industrial sites are usually simpler — roller door, level concrete, done in under an hour — but we still confirm a dedicated 10-amp outlet, because sharing a circuit with a workshop compressor is the fastest way to trip a machine overnight.
For regional and remote WA we plan around freight schedules rather than drive times. Sites in the Pilbara, Goldfields and Mid West are serviced on a route cycle with larger stock holdings per visit, and machines are specified with heavier-duty refrigeration so they hold temperature in ambient conditions a metro machine would never see.
The WA planogram skews cold and skews large. Water and electrolyte drinks outsell their east-coast share by a wide margin, particularly November through March. Energy drinks dominate early-shift industrial sites. Protein bars, jerky and nut mixes move well where crews are on their feet, while sweet confectionery leads in office towers, especially mid-afternoon.
Every planogram gets reviewed after the first four weeks against real telemetry, then quarterly. If a line is not turning, it comes out and something else is trialled in the same slot — at no cost and with no consultation meeting required from you.
