Once inside, floorplate constraints do more to shape the outcome than anything else. Perth tower tenancies often have a compact kitchen or break-out area with a single spare wall. A slimline combination machine with a chilled drink bank usually fits where a full-width snack machine will not, and it keeps the walkway clearance that a fire-safety officer will ask about.
CBD machines sell in two sharp peaks: mid-morning coffee-substitute purchases and a 2pm to 4pm slump-buster window. Volume per person is lower than an industrial site but the basket is different — better coffee, sparkling water, premium chocolate, protein snacks. If the tenancy relocates within the CBD, we move the machine at no cost. If a floor is refitted, we uplift and store it. Nothing about the arrangement is designed to make leaving inconvenient.
